Returns Process
We will happily provide a return on the condition that the item is in its packaging, unworn, and original state.
Please e-mail sarahhijabs2024@gmail.com to process a return. Please provide your order number and name. You will be responded to with next steps to process the return.
We do not provide refunds for orders where package was not successfully delivered due to incorrect address input from the customer or if the customer does not indicate any shipping instructions for condo’s or apartment buildings where the product has to be returned back to us due to the shipper not being able to leave the package somewhere safely.
